The SV Noorderlicht is a two-mast schooner and was built in 1910. She served as a lightship on the Baltic Sea for a long time. In 1991 the present owners bought the ship and it was upgraded and thoroughly refitted. In cooperation with the crew, the captain and expedition leader will make your trip a wonderful and unforgettable experience. With the Zodiac you will go on shore excursions and discover the unique landscape on extensive foot trips.
There is room on board for 20 passengers in small rustic cabins. A large dining room and a kitchen are located below deck. From the deckhouse you can watch the fascinating scenery from the comfortable sofa. On deck you can give a hand while sailing. You can help out with the sails or with night watches on the bridge and maybe even take over the helm.
